Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help in locating two suspects involved in an Aggravated Assault.
 
On Tuesday, October 29th at approximately 9:00 p.m., the police were dispatched to the 300 block of Oxford reference to shots fired. While en route to the call, dispatch advised the officers that the victim had arrived at the hospital with serious bodily injuries. The officers were able to locate five 9mm casing in the area where the victim was shot.
 
The first suspect is described as a black male around 6’2” with a thin build last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and jeans. The second suspect is described as a black male, heavyset and last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie and jeans.

Sometime early Sunday, October 20, 2019, an unknown person drove onto the property located at the corner of County Rd. 1140 and County Rd. 120 in Midland County. This irresponsible and careless person caused extensive damage to the property and ran over the property owner’s beautiful horse who had been a family member for over 22 years. This criminal left behind the front bumper to a large light-colored newer model Ford truck after colliding and getting stuck in the property’s pond. This heartless person did not render aid to this beautiful horse who had extensive injuries and laid in pain for hours. The driver waited for someone to pull his Ford truck out while the horse laid there suffering. The damage caused is approximately $30,000 in property value, and countless amounts of heartache to this wonderful family.

Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help in identifying a suspect involved in an Aggravated Robbery.

 

On October 15th, at approximately 10:15 p.m., the victim was sitting inside of his vehicle at the 3300 block of West Illinois.  The suspect approached the vehicle and demanded the victim to get out.   The suspect did have a firearm in his hand.  The victim got out of his vehicle and attempted to punch the suspect and missed.   The suspect then hit the victim on the left side of his face with the firearm and fled the scene.  The suspect fled westbound through the alley.

 

The suspect is described as a young Hispanic male, with a goatee, last seen wearing a gray hoodie.  We know the description of the suspect is very limited but if you know who is responsible for this crime, it can be worth some serious cash!

On August 23, 2019, at approximately 9 am, deputies responded to the 4100 block of East County Road 63 in reference to a medical call where a male was found unconscious. Upon arrival, deputies located the victim, Richey D. Stewart, in the sleeper of the semi-truck and determined he was deceased with a single gunshot wound to the chest area. Investigators are currently working this case as a homicide.

The elderly male was scammed again possibly by the same suspect because he thought he was going to get in trouble for social security theft. On July 19th in the early morning hours, a suspect broke into a building located in the 1200 block of South Big Spring. The suspect made entry by busting out the window. Once inside, the suspect stole a cell phone and cash from the cash register. The suspect appears to be a Hispanic male in his late teens. This subject is also suspected in the attempted business burglary at KCS Liquor Store located at 501 E. Florida on July 20th.

On March 23, 2019 at 5:30 a.m. deputies responded to the 3700 block of South Hwy 349 in reference to an alarm.  Deputies discovered the side door to the business unsecured and tampered with.   The manager determined that over $700 in merchandise was taken.  The surveillance video shows one suspect wearing a jacket with a hoodie and the other suspect wearing a jacket with a large white skull on the back.

The Midland County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Rangers and Midland Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in solving a 2009 cold case involving the homicide of Pamela McDonald. A reward of $2,500 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of those responsible.

 

On April 5, 2009, Pamela McDonald of Midland was reported missing. She was last seen on April 2, 2009 at approximately 1:00 a.m. leaving her residence in her 2001 silver Lincoln Towncar.  Soon after disappearing, her vehicle was located at a rest area in Ward County.   In January 2012, her skeletal remains were located in Upton County not far from the Midland County line.  The case remains unsolved and is currently under active investigation.

On April 23, 2019 at 2:48 pm, deputies were dispatched to the 4000 block of South Highway 349 in reference to a Theft. Complainant told deputies that the actors had cut his fence in the rear of the property to gain access into the yard. Actors then hooked onto a homemade trailer which contained a blue Miller bobcat welder, nitrogen and oxygen tanks and two tool boxes. The suspect’s vehicle is a red single cab truck with a pole winch on the flat bed.

Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help identifying two suspects involved in a credit card abuse.  

 

During the month of January, two subjects went around town on a shopping spree using a cloned stolen debit card.   The two suspects were last seen driving a white newer model Dodge dually and a black older model GMC pickup with two extra chrome fuel tanks in the bed of the truck.   

 

We need your help in identifying these subjects.  If you have any information on these suspects and your tip leads to an arrest or case solved, you could earn a $1,000 cash reward.   Caller ID is never used and you always remain anonymous.
